PRE-LASTING AND LASTING MACHINE

Toe Laster Nova 4 TC is a basic hydraulic toe lasters with 9 pincers complete with thermocement device.

It is available on request a new device which allow to position the pincers according to different lasts profile through a simple electric switch , thus reducing and simplyfiing the operation requested to adjust the machine for a new last style. The thermocement injector ( for version SR ) is made in 2 parts , one for the toe and one for the ballpoint area. In this way when changing last profile it is necessary to replace the Toe part only and not the complete injector, saving time and reducing cost of accessories required.

The Nova 4 is also suitable for lasting GOODYEAR WELTED SHOES and in a special version called "Nova 4 Combinata" is also suitable for IDEAL SHOES ( stitchdown shoes )
