HEEL SEAT LASTING MACHINE

The RC 81 is an oleodynamic heel seat lasting machine , lasting the heel seat with tacks or pre-cement .

The main feautures of the RC 81 are:
Loader with the possibility of working with 22, 20 or 18 tacks. Possibility of loading the loader without idle cycles.

Inclined hammers for a better riveting and feather line.

Oleodynamic functioning of the drivers  in order to reduce noise. Possibility of regulating the closure of the wipers plates directly on the shoe through a servomechanism.

Central support with adjustment of flexibilty.

Withdrawing  sensor foot device for automatic height adjustment of last.

Withdrawing head: it is completely new in the field and of absolutely utility.

Timer for pressing and delay of tacking. Possibility of changing from tacks to pre-cement, simply by selecting a switch. Tropicalized electric plant and motor.
